What we process: almost nothing

Cookies: this site sets no cookies. No third-party analytics, no Meta Pixel, no fonts or scripts from other people's servers.

Country from your IP address: to show you the right language and the right rules straight away, we look your IP address up in a local database (DB-IP Lite, on our own server) and get only a country code. We do not store the IP address or the country and we send them to nobody. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can change the language and the view by hand in the header.

Radar: your answers live in the page address while you look at it. We do not store them against you. We only count that the Radar was started and finished, which answers were chosen (with no link to you) and where the visit came from (an ad tag). We need that to fix questions people do not understand.

Free text "What do you do?": we keep the phrase you typed (e.g. "beauty salon") with no link to you, to add it to our dictionary of trades. Do not type a company name or personal data.

Base price radar: we read the page you enter, the way your browser would, and show the result. We store neither the address nor the content; we only count that a check was made and whether it found a price list and a base price.

Clicking "Sort it out": we count the click on a solution. We send the partner nothing about you.

Server logs: our hosting provider (Hostinger, server in Germany) records the IP address and the request in technical logs for security, under its own rules. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure site (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

E-mail: if you write to us, we keep the correspondence for 24 months from the last message. Recipient: Hostinger (e-mail), our processor.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection (art. 15 to 21 GDPR). Write to info@3dtechlab.hr. You can also complain to the Croatian data protection authority, AZOP (azop.hr).
