Shelf
Solutions by obligation
Free first, then tools. The order depends on what people click, never on who pays. Partners are labelled. When you click "Sort it out", the partner gets nothing about you.

How the shelf works
- The free solution always comes first. If the state has none, we make one.
- Tool order: by user clicks. A new tool rotates at the top for its first 30 days.
- No paid placement, ever. "Partner" means: pays a commission only after a sale.
- Clicking "Sort it out" passes none of your data. We only count the click.
- Every tool goes through a questionnaire and a manual check.
For tool vendors
Company, tax or EU VAT number, product, which obligation it solves and how, public price, where it is hosted, security contact, support, demo. Commission only after a sale, monthly report required.
