Do I have to publish a CSV or XML price list?
The decisions in NN 101/2026 (showing an additional price and publishing the price list as CSV or XML) were postponed to 17 November 2026 (NN 110/2026). The government announced new decisions with exemptions. We watch and report as soon as they are out; prepare your price list in the meantime.
- Who must?
- Traders and service providers selling to consumers in Croatia (under the NN 101/2026 decisions, salons included). The final list depends on the new decisions.
- What to do?
- Prepare a price list with the additional price (the price on the reference day).
- If you have a website, prepare a CSV or XML version of the price list.
- We watch the new decisions and report what is left.
- Where to file?
- Published on your own website, nothing filed.
- Who checks?
- State Inspectorate (Državni inspektorat)

- Under the NN 101/2026 decisions: 3,000 to 30,000 € for a legal person, 1,000 to 20,000 € for a sole trader, 1,000 to 4,000 € for the responsible person (Act on Exceptional Price Control Measures, NN 40/2025).
