Do I have to fiscalise receipts paid in cash or by card?
Yes. Every receipt paid in cash or by card is fiscalised at the moment it is issued (a retail receipt). You already do this if you have a fiscal cash register. Checked by the Tax Administration.
- Who must?
- Anyone who takes cash or cards, VAT-registered or not.
- What to do?
- Have a fiscal cash register or an app that fiscalises receipts.
- On every receipt: the JIR and ZKI codes, a sequence number, your business details.
- Keep a turnover book if you do not issue receipts from a register.
- Where to file?
- The Tax Administration's fiscalisation system, through a register or an app.
- Who checks?
- Tax Administration (Porezna uprava)
- Fine

- What if I am already late?
- Get a register or an app now and start fiscalising.
