Terms of use

Who: the Fine Forecast portal is run by 3D&TECH LAB d.o.o., Sišćani 128, 43240 Čazma, Croatia, OIB 08815312108, info@3dtechlab.hr. By using the portal and the My radar account you accept these terms.

What the portal is: an informational overview of business obligations with sources and verification dates, a Radar by profile, website and file checks, a notice generator. It is not legal or tax advice; before deciding, check the source on the card or ask your accountant, lawyer or the competent authority. We work to keep the content accurate and current, but rules change; we are not liable for damage from relying on the content, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

My radar account: you open it with an e-mail address; sign-in is by a link valid for 30 minutes. You are responsible for access to your e-mail. You may use the account for your own business or businesses you help. You delete the account yourself in settings, at any time, without notice.

Price: early access is free. If we introduce a fee we will e-mail you at least 30 days ahead with the price; if you do not agree, the account stays on the free features or you delete it. The public pages stay free.

Reminders and checks: you switch deadline reminders and the monthly website check on and off yourself. A reminder is help, not a guarantee: the deadline is your responsibility, and always verify the date on the card or with the authority.

Fair use: no automated mass fetching, no entering other people's personal data without a basis, no attempts to bypass limits. We may close an account that breaches this, with notice.

Changes: we may amend these terms; the new version is published here with a date, and account holders are e-mailed if the change is material. Croatian law applies; for disputes with consumers the court competent under consumer protection rules applies.
